Hebrew writer Tamar Raphael, a member of Sammlung Collective, published her debut novel last month. “There Were Two with Nothing to Do” tells the story of educated young people searching for a role to play in a political and cultural space that is becoming devoid of meaning—in a city that is somewhat like Tel-Aviv, in a time that is somewhat like the late 2010s.
Join us for a conversation in English between Tamar Raphel and Sammlung member Allex. Fassberg. Tamar will also read translated excerpts from the book.
Music by Neta Polturak
